Old mother Holly

Well Benny and Holly arrived safely back from the kennels, though we are not using them again (I'll save that story for another post.)

They only sulked for about 48 hours but they didnt half smell. So yes, bath time again on sunday.

After they have been bathed, we wrap them up in fleece blankets until they regain their full body warmth.

This is Holly all wrapped up!!

Ha! She looks so cute like that, and doesn't seem to mind, either!

Holly looks gorgeous wrapped in her blanket. LOL My girl's name is Misty. I can't believe I've had her for as long as I have. She's my surrogate child and is full of character. Talks back to me as well!! LOL

Mr Milo thinks she looks adorable in her fleece blanket, but he says he is sorry she had to have a bath though!

Just reading some of your previous posts Holly and Ben. You sound so much like my little dog!! Misty used to love chasing balls and still has to take one to bed with her. She loves having her rump scratched and goes into total ecstasy!! She doesn't let me sleep in and does the peering into the face routine as well or nudges me with her paw or rubs her face against my back. You could almost be related I think!!

Misty sends her love and says keep Kahless and Mrs K on their toes - it's the only way to show you're boss off the house!!

Hi KazzaB, yes dogs have many ways to communicate back with us. Its great isnt it! Give Misty a stroke from me!

Mr Milo, baths may be horrible but a necessity from time to time lol!

Hi Misty,

we let our owners pretend they are boss but really it is us.

Like the way you take you ball to bed - street cred to you!

xx.

Oh no, I can't let my dogs see this or they'll be wanting the same treatment. And I thought mine were coddled, lol!
